1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order by following these simple steps. Create an account, browse and search for the product of your choice, select the size and add to cart and then checkout to add final details.
2. Can I add an item or change size after placing an order?
No, we do not have the option to add an item or change the size once the order is placed.
3. What taxes will be charged on the transactions?
The price for each product is inclusive of sales tax based on GST laws.
4. What are the shipping charges?
We do not charge for shipping services.
5. Can I receive the delivery anywhere in India?
Yes, we offer delivery in most cities in India.
Payment
1. What payment methods are accepted by you?
You can use any of these payment methods: COD, Credit cards, Debit cards, Internet Banking, Payment wallets.
2. How can I opt for a COD payment mode?
After adding a product to the cart, view the cart and select the Cash on Delivery option to avail of this payment mode.
3. Do I have to pay for additional charges on COD purchases?
We do not have any additional charges for the COD payment mode.
4. How can I become eligible for COD payment?
Users are eligible for COD payment if they have added the cart value below 9999/- INR
5. What will be the next process if money is debited from my account and the transaction is unsuccessful?
Your money will be refunded if this case occurs.
Delivery
1. When will I receive my order after it is successfully placed?
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of order placement. It will then be delivered within 5-14 working days.
2. How can I track my order?
You can check the order status by browsing your order history.
3. What is the delivery process for my order?
There are three stages for your order delivery: Order confirmed, delivery within 48 hours, Tentative SLA.
Returns & Cancellation
1. What is the process to return a product?
You can follow these steps if you wish to return a product within 30 days of its delivery.

• Choose the product and quantity to be returned
• Select the pick-up address and pick-up date
• You will receive a confirmation SMS & Email on the registered mobile number & email respectively
